2534 Plaza Del Amo was at the end of the community so the home only had neighbors to one side which was nice, but the downside was that the home overlooked Crenshaw Blvd (with a wall) so street noise was noticeable.

Belmar is a relatively newer construction complex consisting of 100+ homes just n0rth of Torrance Blvd.

While this is technically in the neighborhood of Old Torrance, it’s just across the street and more often than not, Village on Oak is considered one of the newer complexes in the Plaza Del Amo neighborhood.

Located just across from Wilson Park, #1102 is a very nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath multi-level townhome that, according to the listing notes, was one of the model homes for the complex back when it was built.
Village on Oak is one of the newer complexes in the area so homes always have that newer feel. This is no diffferent and some of the beautiful features include hardwood floors in the living spaces, open kitchen with dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, fireplace and interior laundry.

We’re not sure the reason there have been 4 new listings in Windemere on the Green just this week, but the wave of listings in the gated community is great for home buyers. Unit #319 is the 4th Windemere home to hit the market this week which is incredible.
