The two homes to hit the market are a 1 bed 1.5 bath at 2559 Plaza Del Amo Unit#213 priced at $569,000 and a 2 bed 2 bath at 2567 Plaza Del Amo Unit#210 priced at $738,000. There is a big $50,000 per unit special assessement but according to the listings both have already been paid off.

What separates Windmere from some of the other neighboring complex are the abundance of amenities.
