Torrance Real Estate Market Report for March 2026Windemere condos and townhomes in Plaza Del Amo Torrance

The Torrance real estate market was BUSY in March and almost doubled the number of homes sold in February….and more than doubled January.

There were a very impressive 89 homes sold last month.  Of those 89, 8 were in the Plaza Del Amo area (highlighted below)

For the homes that sold, the average sold price was $1,069,997 which was similar to $1,077,418 in February and $1,089,329 in January.

Homes averaged  $743 per square foot which was similar to prior months.  Homes averged a brief 38 days before going into escrow.
