Torrance Real Estate Market Report for March 2025Tradewinds 55+ senior condos

As expected things picked up a bit in terms of the number of homes that sold in Torrance.  There were 76 on market home sales in March 2025 compared with 57 in February.  See the home sales and home prices in Torrance below.

Of the 76 homes that sold 10 were in central Torrance and 4 in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo.  There was one sale in Springwood, 1 in Windemere, 1 in Tradewinds and one in Chatalaine (highlighted below)

The average “asking” price of the homes that sold  was $1,109,146 with the average sold price at $1,116,670 which was down just a bit from the average price of $1,150,939 in February.

Homes that sold averaged $764 per square foot and the average days on market (DOM) was a brief 28 before going into escrow.
