Up Up and Away – Record Number of Pending Sales in March
March escrows bring April closings….or something like that. There were 22 pending sales in the Central Torrance/Plaza Del Amo area in March which is a BIG jump from previous months. March was back to being a big month in terms of both the number of homes that sold in Torrance as well as the prices that they sold for. March 2022 saw 107 on MLS closed home sales which was a increase from February in which there were 76 sold homes.
