Selling $90K over the list price, the top sale of the mont in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo in Torrance CA was a 4 bed/3 bath single family home in Chatelaine. This was an end unit townhome with almost 1,900 square feet. The home was in fantastic condition and had been nicely remodeled and meticulously kept up. There were actually 2 other townhome sales in Chatelaine in February with another 4 bedroom unit #209 selling at $1,035,000 ($110,000 over the list price) and a smaller 3 bedroom #69 selling for $960,000
