It had been about a year since the last home sold in the complex known as Bungalows or Beach City Bungalows, but that’s certainly changed quite a bit as of late.  3538 Torrance Boulevard Unit#104 just sold for $975,000 and we had mentioned a 3 bedroom #199 that just was listed for $1,068,000.   Now 3538 Torrance Blvd #190, which is a slightly smaller unit just listed at $1,050,000.

This newest listing is listed at 1,665 square feet so just a bit smaller than #199 but this is also more updated and upgraded.  The upgrades included granite counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, newer gas range and beautiful hardwood flooring in the living spaces and stairs (bedrooms are carpeted).   The traditional floorplan has all bedrooms on the same, upper level.

The home enjoys 2 balconies as well as a backyard/patio for some nice outdoor areas to enjoy the usually fantastic weather.  The 3 car garage had the 3rd space converted to a storage room.  The home offers central air and heat.

Bungalows consists of 100 townhomes centered around a nice pool and jacuzzi deck and is centrally located to everything in Torrance and the South Bay.

As mentioned the last sale of this size townhome at Unit#104 just sold for $975,000 on 4/19/24
