What a month it was for home sales in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo in central Torrance. There were 10 condos, townhomes and
single famil homes that sold during the month making it one of the busier months we’ve seen in some time. It was a good month for Torrance real estate in general with 89 homes closing escrow in the South Bay’s largest city. There were 22 in central Torrance and, as mentioned, a big month in the various gated communities of the Plaza Del Amo area.
The top home sale of the month was an impressive $1,600,000 for a 4 bedroom freestanding single family style home in The Verdi Collection.
