The latest home on Plaza Del Amo is actually not considered one of the complexes of Plaza Del Amo but actually is in Old Torrance.  That said it’s just moments down the road and a very similar neighborhood.

Welcome to the 2021 real estate recap for the Torrance community of central Torrance and the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo.

Search the current listings and homes for sale in Central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo

It was a great year in real estate with 162 on market (MLS) home, townhome and condo sales during the year.  The average  sold price was $860,000 and homes often sold WAY over the asking price.  Homes averaged only 17 days on the market before going into escrow.

Of the homes that sold 5 were in La Terrazza, 1 was in Hickory Park, 1 in Plaza Verde, 7 in Chatelaine, 6 in Springwood, 3 in Park Plaza, 6 in the Bungalows, 15 in Windemere, 5 in Tradewinds, 8 in South Bayport, 12 in SummerWind, 2 in Belmar, 1 in the Verdi Collection, 3 in Breakers, 2 Windsong and 4 in the Gables.
