What a month it was for home sales in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo in central Torrance. There were 10 condos, townhomes andSpringwood townhomes at 2931 Plaza Del Amo Torrance single famil homes that sold during the month making it one of the busier months we’ve seen in some time.  It was a good month for Torrance real estate in general with 89 homes closing escrow in the South Bay’s largest city.   There were 22 in central Torrance and, as mentioned, a big month in the various gated communities of the Plaza Del Amo area.

The top home sale of the month was an impressive $1,600,000 for a 4 bedroom freestanding single family style home in The Verdi Collection.

Only 4 Home Sales in and Around Plaza Del Amo Last Month

Slow Going in the Gated Communities of Plaza Del AmoSummerwind townhomes Torrance.

The real estate market in and around the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo was very slow with only 4 homes selling during November.  Of the 4 homes that sold one was in Summerwind, Windsong, the new construction of Teramo and one single family.

The average “listing” price  was a very impressive $924,750 with the average sold price at $907,500.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold in November was $774.  The most impressive stat was days on market.  Of the four homes that sold in central Torrance, the average days on market was 6 meaning homes sold almost immediately.

Of those 102 closed escrows, 11 of them were in the central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo areas.  There were 2 sales in the gated community of Summerwind, one in Windsong and 3 of the sold homes were in the gated community of Windemere on the Green.

It was a busy month for home sales in the Plaza Del Amo and central Torrance neighborhoods.  There were 12 homes that sold during the month.  Two of the sales were in Summerwind, one was in the 55+ building of Tradewinds, one a condo in Windemere,  and townhomes in Windsong, Chatlaine and a single famly homes in South Bayport and Belmar.  Search the current homes for sale in the gate communities of Plaza Del Amo in Torrance.
