Welcome to the month that was for home sales and home prices in Torrance CA. Take a look at the Torrance real estate market in September…..by the numbers. There were an incredible 145 single family homes, townhouses and condos that sold during the month. The median sales price was $915,000 which was also dramatically higher than the $800,000 median price in September 2020. Take a look at the highest priced home sale of the month in the various gated communities in Plaza Del Amo. The top sale of the month was
a 3 bed, 3 bath townhome in La Terrazza that was listed for $899,000 and sold for $930,000. The home offered approximately 1,800 square feet and HOA dues were approximtately $495 a month. According to the listing description:
