November 2021 was yet another huge month for home sales and home prices in the city of Torrance CA. Welcome to the Torrance real estate market at a glance for last month. Homes averaged a very brief 15 days on market before going into escrow.

One of the top home sales in the Plaza Del Amo area during October was a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath freestanding home in the gated community of South Bayport.
The “single family home” had no shared walls and was in very nice condition. The home was originally listed at $1,150,000 and sold for full price.

on MLS property sales closing.
The average “list” price was $948,308 with the average “sold” price at $981,923 meaning that homes generally sold WAY higher than the asking price. Average days on market was a very short 25 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $649.
