It was a busy month for home sales in the Plaza Del Amo and central Torrance neighborhoods.  There were 12 homes that sold during the month.  Two of the sales were in Summerwind, one was in the 55+ building of Tradewinds, one a condo in Windemere,  and townhomes in Windsong, Chatlaine and a single famly homes in South Bayport and Belmar.  Search the current homes for sale in the gate communities of Plaza Del Amo in Torrance.

July 2022 home sales in central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo was a huge month for both the number of homes that sold and the prices that they sold for.  There were 18 homes that closed escrow during the month.

The average “list” price for the homes that sold during July was a very impressive $952,483 $635 with the average sold price at $965,111 meaning that homes generally sold over the list price.

Welcome to the real estate report for central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo home sales in October 2021.   It was another great month for home sales in the area with 13 on MLS property sales closing.

The average “list” price was $948,308 with the average “sold” price at $981,923 meaning that homes generally sold WAY higher than the asking price. Average days on market was a very short 25 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $649.
