This two bedroom townhome has been very nicely updated and upgraded but even in this crazy market we just can’t envision it. It would be thrilling to see this sell anywhere near this price but with the other, albeit smaller, 
closed WAY over the list price to sell at $1,155,000. This was a spaciou end unit in the highly sought after neighborhood. Chatelaine saw two other home sales close during April. The community was located near incredible 
around Plaza Del Amo and central Torrance in April. The average list price was $859,784 with an average sold price of $922,526 meaning homes sold WAY over asking price in general. The homes that sold were averaged only 11 days on the market before going pending.
