Welcome to the real estate report for central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo home sales in October 2021.   It was another great month for home sales in the area with 13 on MLS property sales closing.

The average “list” price was $948,308 with the average “sold” price at $981,923 meaning that homes generally sold WAY higher than the asking price. Average days on market was a very short 25 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $649. See how this compares with other months on our Redondo Beach real estate statistics and trends page.  Of the homes that sold one unit was in Summerwind, one in La Terrazza, one in South Bayport and other other in the Bungalows.

Plaza Del Amo and Central Torrance Home Sales for November

November 2019 was a solid month for home sales and home prices in the Central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo areas with 9 homes sales during the month.  The median “list” price for the month was $799,900 with a median sales price of $785,000 indicating a relatively strong (but slightly weakening) seller’s market.  The lowest priced home of the month was a 3 bedroom condo at 2940 W Carson that sold for $490,000 with the highest price home of the month being a 4 bedroom single family home at 20503 Amie for $1,215,000.  See the current homes for sale in Central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo.
