The homes in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo are located in the area that we specifiy as central Torrance. As it’s not all that creative and as the name indicates….central Torrance is towards the middle of the South Bay’s largest city. November 2019 was a solid month for home sales and home prices in the Central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo areas with 9 homes sales during the month. The median “list” price for the month was $799,900 with a median sales price of $785,000 indicating a relatively strong (but slightly weakening) seller’s market. The lowest priced home of the month was a 3 bedroom condo at 2940 W Carson that sold for $490,000 with the highest price home of the month being a 4 bedroom single family home at 20503 Amie for $1,215,000.
