Just after the last Windemere condo at 2563 Plaza Del Amo Unit#411 sold quickly, another one hits the market. This one is beautiful and in turn key condition.

The home at 2555 Plaza Del Amo offers an open layout and plenty of space.  The tax records indicate smaller square footage but didn’t include the loft space so with that added this is being marketed with almost 2,000 square feet on two levels.  One of the nice features is that it has dual suites…one on the first level and one on the second meaning stairs aren’t a necesssity for older buyers (or those just not liking stairs!)

Back to Normal – Big Month for Home Sales in Torrance CA

Take a look at the month that was for real estate and home sales in TorranceTorrance townhomes for sale

June 2023 was back to being a great month for home sales in Torrance.  After a few very slow months the real estate market in Torrance CA at the beginning of the year things started to take off in May with 80 sold homes and stepped up even more in June with  89 closed home sales..

The average “asking” price  was a very impressive $1,028,725 with the average sold price at $1,059,573 meaning that homes generally sold well above the asking price.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold in May was $665 and the average days on market was a VERY brief 20 before going into pending status.

In a sign that despite the reduced number of homes selling in January, the real estate market is alive and well.  Prices continued to impress.  One of the January2889 Plaza Del Amo in The Breakers home sales in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo was a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 free standing home in the community of Breakers Del Amo.  The beautiful offered almost 2,300 square feet and as it was built in 2002 it still has all the bells and whistles of newer construction.  The home was on the market for several months and was originally listed at $1,330,000 and sold for $1,225,000…..still a big number.

Village on Oak Townhome Closes at $955,000
