It was a busy month for home sales in the Plaza Del Amo and central Torrance neighborhoods. There were 12 homes that sold during the month. Two of the sales were in Summerwind, one was in the 55+ building of Tradewinds, one a condo in Windemere, and townhomes in Windsong, Chatlaine and a single famly homes in South Bayport and Belmar. Home sales cooled a bit in terms of the number of homes that sold but prices were, once again, very strong. 76 homes sold during the month which was down from the 86 the prior month. That was well down from the 112 homes that sold in July.
The average listing price for the homes that sold during October was $1,048,419 with the average sold price at $1,045,073.
12 of the 76 homes that sold were in the central Torrance or Plaza Del Amo neighborhoods. View the homes that sold in Plaza Del Amo in October.
The average price per foot for the month was $695 which was slightly higher than in September. The average days on market was a short 25 before going into pending status compared with 19 in the prior month.
