96 homes sold lats m0nth at an impressive average home price of $1,116,238.  This was the second straight month with almost 100 homes closing escrow.

The end unit townhome offers nice, open and bright interior spaces with a traditional floorplan but does appear to be adjacent to Plaza Del Amo so may deal with a bit of road noise on occassion.  That said the end location makes for a greater sense of and adds some natural light..   The home appears to be very well taken care of with some moderate upgrades to the kitchen, flooring and baths.

Fantastic Month For Home Sales Around Plaza Del AmoWest Torrance real estate

18 Home Sales at an amazing average price of $1,051,861

June 2024 was pretty incredible in the central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold and the prices that they sold for.  There were 18 on market closed escrows.

The average prices were equally impressive with the average sold price at an impressive $1,051,861.

Homes that sold averaged $701 per square foot and  averaged only 33 days on marke!

Of the 11 homes that sold….1 was in Windemere, 3 were in Springwood, 1 in Chatelaine, 1 the 55+ condo complex of Tradewinds and one in the Bungalows.
