Torrance saw a drop in home sales for April but it wasn’t nearly as signnificant as some areas. Some other South Bay cities actually saw an over 50% drop in home sales from the year before. In April Torrance saw 81 home sales in April which was well below the 99 sold homes from this time a year ago but still a solid number.. The median list price for the homes that sold was $789,000 with the median “sold” price of $779,000 indicating a strong seller’s market.
