It was a great month for Torrance home sales with 102 home sales during August of 2023. Of those 102 closed escrows, 11 of them were in the central Torrance and Plaza Del Amo areas.  There were 2 sales in the gated community of Summerwind, one in Windsong and 3 of the sold homes were in the gated community of Windemere on the Green.

Just after the last Windemere condo at 2563 Plaza Del Amo Unit#411 sold quickly, another one hits the market. This one is beautiful and in turn key condition.

We had anticipated that a somewhat challenging tenant situation (difficult to show and tenant has lease until February) would make this one last on the market a while but that certainly wasn’t the case.

The average “asking” price  was a very impressive $1,043,082 with the average sold price at $1,063,703 meaning that homes generally s old well above the asking price.

The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold in June was $692 and the average days on market was a VERY brief 12 before going into pending status.

October Home Prices in Plaza Del Amo – See The Sold Homes
