The home is only a 2 bedroom with 1,361 square feet an is somehow priced at $1,178,888….definitely seems unusual given that there is another 2 bedroom with the same square footage and also an end unit at 3101 Plaza Del Amo Unit#10 that’s priced at $795,000. #30 is definitely higher end updates and upgrades but that’s almost $400,000 more in a pretty small footprint. Thats $282 higher per square foot! We certainly hope that they get it but just don’t really see how it’s possible. The last two sales were at $798,000 and $775,000 for 2 bed townhomes in the complex.
