It’s been a busy few days with another listing in the gated community of Springwood in Plaza Del Amo hitting the market.  The latest home to hit the market in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo is a fairly original (full disclosure we have’t seen it yet)  2 bedroom townhome.  The home is priced at $850,000 which seems to be on the high side given that #88, which was a larger and more updated unit just went up for sale at $859,000 .  That said the kitchen appears to have some updates, stainless appliances and there are updated floors in the unit.

The home is listed by Victoria Dultz of Pinnacle Estate Properties.

The complex offers a nice pool deck and HOA fees are relatively low for the area.

The latest home to hit the market in the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo is a nicely maintained and updated 2 bedroom townhome in Springwood.  The home is priced at $859,900 which appears to be appropriate based on the mentioned updates.

The home is listed by Lisa Levin of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty.

The end unit townhome offers 1,361 square feet on two levels with a traditional floorplan with both bedrooms up including the primary suite.  The lower level features an a bright and open living area, fireplace and direct access to the patio through the sliders.   The home appears to be updated from the description but as of the list date there are no photos of the interior.

The complex offers a nice pool deck and HOA fees are low for the area.
