November 2021 was yet another huge month for home sales and home prices in the city of Torrance CA.  Welcome to the Torrance real estate market at a glance for last month.   Click here to see the actual homes that sold along with the prices.  Torrance was a big month with 104 homes, townhomes and condos selling during the November at a median price of $868,000.  Homes averaged a very brief 15 days on market before going into escrow.
