The newest home to hit the real estate market around the gated communities of Plaza Del Amo is a partially updated 2 bedroom townhome in the Summerwind complex at 2800 Plaza Del Amo.
The home has had some updates including a newer kitchen, stainless appliances, recessed lighting and laminate floors on the lower level. Bedrooms and bathrooms appear to be fairly original.

The real estate market in Torrance had a slow down both in terms ofthe number of sold homes and the average prices they sold
for. There were only 60 closed escrows in the month compared to the 71 homes that sold in October and 90 in September.
The average “listing” price was a very impressive $990,362 with the average sold price at $1,012,100.
The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold in November was $689 and the average days on market was 37 before going into escrow.
