There’s No Place Like Home – CA Residents Update

While many struggle with the affordability of housing in California, a recent CAR study shows that most people would not consider moving to another state despite better affordability elsewhere. The survey showed that 63% of the respondents wouldn’t move out of California,  16% would consider it but haven’t given it much thought and only 21% have actively thought about moving to another state.  Although affordability is different for everyone….take a look at the current homes for sale in the Plaza Del Amo communities of Torrance.

While the project was controversial within the community, the development known as One South in South Redondo Beach is nearing completion and the residential units are now pre-selling. Located at 1914 Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, the community consists of 52 residential units with retail below.
