If you’re looking for a freestanding, or detached(no shared walls) home in the communities of The Breakers at Del Amo, South Bayport, The Verdi Collection, Plaza Verde, Belmar and Hickory Park……you’ve come to the right place.  We’ve tried to make it as simple as possible to keep track of these homes.  While most homes in these communities are marketed as single family homes, they’re actually legally condos or planned unit development.  What’s the difference?  Single family homes own the specific land that they sit on while townhomes, condos and PUDs own a portion of the overall land.  They look and live like SFRs but there are HOAs, monthly HOA dues, shared facilities and legally it’s a bit different.
