Welcome to Pacific Village….a 55+ community in the heart of Torrance.
Located at 3120 Sepulveda Blvd in southeast Torrance, just south of Plaza Del Amo and across the Madrona marsh, this nicely appointed builiding offers a combined 61 single level condos comprised of one and two bedroom units. Square footage ranges from 479 sq feet to 806 sq feet.
The four story complex was built in 2002 by Anastasi Development so it still has a somewhat newer feel. The condos all have wall air conditioning and all units have decks or balconies. Laundry facilities are not in each unit, but the complex has a nice laundry area and it’s our understanding that as of this writing the machines are free for the residents.
One occupant of the property must be at least 55+ but you may be able to purchase if younger than 55+*. There is a gated parking lot but not all units have assigned spaces. Community amenities include a nice pool and jacuzzi, laundry room, a nice clubhouse room/community room a bar area and kitchen. Units come with assigned parking spots. As of January 2024 HOA dues were around $375 a month.
